H.E Stephen Mpuuga Kaboyo

H.E Kaboyo is the Chairman of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee of the Board. He is a strategist, with over 25 years in the corporate and financial sector, founder and Managing Director of Alpha Capital Partners, The Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Uganda, Chairman of Advisory Board of Total Uganda, and Chairman Sino Uganda Special Economic Zone. He served at Bank of Uganda in Senior Executive positions and has chaired and served on various corporate boards including Capital Markets Authority, Uganda Telecom, Phenix Logistics among others. He holds a Bachelors of Science In Accounting and Finance from McPherson College Kansas and a number of post graduate professional training in leadership, business and financial services
